Take your holiday baking to the next level, and start your journey to becoming a confection decorator! In this introductory class, no previous skills or knowledge is needed. You will learn the basics of American buttercream and how to use it to decorate both cookies and cupcakes. Using these newly acquired skills, we will decorate Christmas cookies with piped buttercream to take home. There will also be a cupcake station where you will fill, pipe, and decorate a cupcake to bring home as well. This class will be so much fun!
